It was a "Chamber of Commerce" morning on Chelan. Working the flat below Wapato Point produced nice numbers, but no big fish. A number of fish pulled off the hooks and we had a bunch of tentative biters, so there are loads of lakers in the lower basin. We fished 4 different lures and they all produced pretty well. A T4 purple glow flatfish, a green glow Silver Horde Kingfisher Lite spoon, a Mack's Lures Cha Cha Squidder in glow and an Ace Hi Fly from Silver Horde all caught fish. Where the flat dropped into holes produced the most bites. The flat is kind of in the 180's, with the majority of the bites coming in depths of 195 to 215. Speeds of 1.5 to 1.7 mph were most productive. With air temps mostly in the low and mid 50's with no wind, it was very comfortable on the water.
