Was anyone else fishing either of the two docks in that area? If so, were they catching ? Very strange fishing wasn't easy for ya. Takes a couple of days for the planters to dissipate from the area planted.

I thought the same thing. but when I saw the lake was as smooth as glass today and no service action near were they usley put them in I began asking jogers if they were there on the 12th and 13th and one guy said he noticed some kind of boat in the midle of the lake at first light and the pair of eagls were active in that area. so I think there is a chance they used a tanker boat to stock the lake and spread the fish out more. I know of some california lakes were they do that. I did catch one 10 incher today and I did see some trout hitn the service beyond casting distance. if you know any one who actuly saw thev fish get put in let me know. I caught the 10 incher on a worm and night crawler way over near the pick nick table were Iv been getin some chuncky 13 to 15 inch hold overs a couple weeks ago. on kastmasters. Im sure it will piock up soon,good luck

My buddy at Parks & Rec watched WDFW put 4000 in on Monday and another 4000 in on Tuesday. I'm not sure how they did it, truck or boat, he didn't say. Also my WDFW email says they are expecting to plant 17,400 between the 13th & 19th so they should be in there and on the surface, as all stocked trout tend to be for at least a week after planting (that's how they're fed in the pens). Sign up for the WDFW emails and you'll get all of the stocking reports!

I went on thursday as well earlier in the afternoon. Threw some spinners and spoons by the bleachers expecting to just pull em out of the water, but got skunked. Only saw one 10 incher caught. I guess its just a lesson not to stroke my own ego

Kingroobes, that is usually the ticked for freshly planted, non stop action. For a couple days anyway.
