Got home in time to at least go down to scout out the launch at Angle lake and see if the WDFW had planted yet and was surprised to see that the park was completely fenced off and closed until June 26th!!

It has a big sign that says park closed but boat launch open but there is no place to park your vehicle as the cyclone fence has it all blocked off so not sure where you could park your truck and trailer. Hopefully they will take down the fence at least and leave open the parking places for that~ but at this point does not look promising not even for car top boats.

Just an FYI for anyone who has to make a longer drive then I do if you wanted to try this lake out~ I will take a picture of it next week if it is still blocked off so you all can see what you will be dealing with if you plan on going here. Even the fishing dock is blocked off which makes sense since there is no parking anyway.

I had heard from someone who contacted people working on the construction that they may move some of the fencing. That was last week. I was hoping that they would have done it.

Yeah, I have launched/parked at angle twice since they closed the park. There were 2 people fishing from the launch each time due to the dock closure. No big deal, they see the boat and cleared the launch. The biggest hassle was the parking and construction crew. No parking in front of their un-marked/signed "gate" in the fence (we got a not so pleasant note), and they close the gates when they leave at 5pm M-Th. They yelled "LAKE IS CLOSED!" at us from halfway across the lake that the gate was closing so we high tailed it back. Would not put it past them to lock people in. Sad situation.
