This is my first report for Washington Lakes. I fished for about an hour on the moose lodge side of the Everett street bridge. I was bottom fishing a worm with a 3/8 ounce chain weight connected by slipping the line through its eye and tying that onto a black swivel. Then, I had about 15 inches of leader connected to a size four red gamakatsu. For bait, I had half a worm on the hook. I got several "bumps" but no solid hits. Every time I picked up the rod, they were gone. If anybody has any advice, let me know. My only luck on Lacamas/Round lake has been in September when they lower the water level.
