Went after school to Steel lake for some trout for the smoker. Not a lot of people. Used chartreuse power eggs. The bite started to be good at around 7 pm. I caught 2 fish and my brother 3, one of mine the biggest and my other the smallest trout of the day. I also missed a couple strikes. Saw some people doing good at the bend/corner of the dock. A good afternoon fishing.
