Much better day than yesterday here. Went out on the boat to the center of the lake. Worm & bobbers were the best floating roughly 3 feet down from the top of the water. We were on the water about 8:30 til 12:15. The best bites were about 11. We got 6 rainbow trout ranging from 10-15". Got off the water just in time as it starting raining pretty good about 12:30. LOTS of nibbles & a couple got away but it is sure nice to have a stringer of fish! We tried once again to see if we could catch a catfish with some smelly bait off the bottom but no bites. All in all, a nice morning with my man, watching active osprey & eagles, baby ducks, baby canadian geese, & one osprey almost caught a fish right next to our boat! It was pretty awesome to see him dive so close. Fish are cleaned & ready for dinner!
