Headed out to Swofford pond from Tacoma at about 6 30 am. We arrived there about 8ish many people on shore fishing but just two other boats on the lake. Starting off by tolling worm and wedding rings for trout landed quite a few nothing with huge size though. Got down to the end of the lake and decided to take our shot at Bass. Had a few good bites on plastics then my buddy landed a pretty good size largemouth bass. He wanted to anchor in the area so I thought it would be a good shot for me to try and fish bottom for some them big cats. I think I missed a larger one but it never surfaced only cought one bullhead cat. We were crossing the lake to far side and got a few more trout and got a call from my dog sitter that he had gotten out and wasnt seen in hours so had to cut the trip way short and get out of there to find my boy. I would have graded this a 5 but early exit cut us off we will be back very soon and this time the dog is coming with me I found him a day later. Here is a few pics i managed to snap .
