Hello Viewers welcome to the Washington State Lakes Fishing Report live broadcast, I'm your host Ted Backlash and we are coming to you live from Lake Wooten in Mason County. Today we will be looking at different patterns for bass and trout that can be found .....

*loud screaming heard from the other end of lake*

"What was that did something happen?"

*Cameraman pans across lake and zooms in on a fat guy dancing a jig in a small boat at the other end of the lake*

"Wow that guys seems to be having some kind of medical emergency seems like seizures of some kind ... No wait he seems to be okay and is travelling back towards us very slowly. He really needs a new trolling motor that thing is so slow and old" *laughs*

"He is getting closer let's see if we can find out what happened"

Ted - "Hey are you okay?"

Fat guy - "Better than Okay I rock!!!!!"

Ted - "Wouldn't recommend another jig Sir one of the homeowners almost called emergency services thinking you were having a seizure."

Fat guy - "Yea sorry about that I was just super stoked" *Beaches Boat and gets out*

Ted - "We would love to hear about your day"

Fat guy - "Sure just need to handle one thing first" *heads towards pit toilet in a hurry*

*Play Jeopardy music*

Fat guy - "Whew that was a load off my mind. Now what can I do for you?"

Ted - "Well you seem to be having a great day here on Wooten want to tell us about it?"

Fat guy - " Sure it started off like every other day I came out searching for bass and of course those buggers just looked at my bait no matter what i threw and decided that it wasn't good eating for whatever reason. Saw plenty in the 2 to 3 range but no takers so I decided to troll down to the other end with my crank to see if I got a hit and help tighten the line on the spool when Wham!!!! This bad boy hit the crank. *Holds up 20+" trout*

Ted - "Wow nice trout"

Fat guy - "Thanks he was a real fight since I had about 130 yards of line trailing behind the boat I had to really take my time to get him in so he didn't shake the hook. After that it was like shooting ducks in a pond and had my limit of trout in under 45 minutes all over 12" and all on this here shallow water gold and black crank."

Ted - "Sounds like you had a great day"

Fat Guy - "That I did and I love fishing Wooten because those that live here are some of the nicest lake front owners around. Even if they are running speed boats they try and stay away from those fishing and are always real nice folks to talk too."

Ted - "Glad to hear that Wooten is such a great place to go and there seems to be some decent Bass and Trout both in the lake, but that is all the time we have for today. Thanks to The Fat guy and all our viewers until the next report keep your lines wet and your butt in the boat."
