All right, I did great, but I won't suggest that you will. This day there was a major thunder storm that moved in and at time the electricity in the air was so strong you could feel it in your finger tips. There was lightening popping of the mountains along the lake. It was raining so hard at times I could not see to drive the boat so I would stop and fish. So, did I leave, like a smart person would? NO, I fished on!

The SMB and LMB are all over the lake, in the weeds, near the rocks, everywhere. It is not a matter of where you fish but how you fish and how active the fish are.

Today spinner baits and top water poppers were equally effective. Color made no difference.

When the sun did break out, the fishing was done.

How do you like the frogg Toggs? I did not trust the material. So, back to Cabelas they went. At first, I was thinking hard rain or someone took a dip in the lake for an unknown reason.....LOL~!

I like the Toggs. I hate the look, but they do pack small.
