So the wife and I took a short close in camping trip to Lakeside campground on the east side of Lake... nice and quiet for the most part, great boat launch and dock space... So the wife and I went out Friday evening.. caught a large mouth and she caught a couple of perch...

I buddy came out Saturday morning and launched from the public launch and we fished the area with no docks for a couple of hours ... tried frog fishing and buzzbaits early... caught a nice health 3 lber in the swim area for the campgrounds... lol... and had a few strikes on the frog but no hook ups for me... my buddy on moved up around the docks on the north side of lake headed back toward the public boat launch a caught a beautiful 4.5 lber on a frog ... i caught a one more largemouth around a 1.5 lbs... called it about 9 am... went back for breakfast..

Back out on water with the wife around 1030ish... Wife just wants to catch fish so i throw on a small spinnerbait and let her fish from back of the boat... she must have hooked and landed 12 dozen perch as we where fishing along the bank... i caught 2 more bass on a spinnerbait in this time... fished until 1pm when boat traffic got to heavy.

Evening fishing.. Squatch came out to fish with me in evening... we really like to frog fish... him and i both missed many blow ups on our frogs ...

all in all had a good time on the water... and it's so nice to have a boat that you can go out and enjoy fishing from....
