It's nice when you can fish the entire morning with just one bait and be successful. Started out from the freshly trimmed back public access trail (thanks King County or local citizens!) at dawn. Fished the end of the docks and shorelines with a weightless worm.

Ended up landing 8 SMB and 4 LMB in 3 hours before the sun came up and burned off the mist. Pictures are of the 2 largest of each. Once the mist burned off, I did see 2 bruisers of LMB cruising in the shallows, but they wanted nothing to do with what I was throwing.

I was out there this morning (14th) and had about equal success as you did - 8 bass in 2 hours. The biggest were a couple of 2 lb smallmouths on plugs in 10 ft or water. My worm fishing has not been very productive lately.

Those fish in the pics are both smallies.

The second picture, with the fish facing to the right, is a largemouth.

Right is definitely a largie. It was rather colorful and shiny.
