Was So WOWED by the reports! Contacted Fishn Bro MadRussian and on Friday Afternoon and we were off to Baker Lake Neither ever fished there or even been there !! A learning curve for this fishn trip!! Left around 4 or so Federal Way 405 Shut downn detour I90 to I5 . Finally at Lake follow signs etc to Baker Lake !! ??? What to do picked the most popuar lauch PT Panorana ! Launched at 7 etc and looked for boats found em massive and did what they did !! Watching em pull up fish we did have some coon shrimp and med sized flashers and some red hootchies and noticed everyone had short leaders!! Water calm as Day went on saw some bg fish being caught!! We got a baby kokanee! and shook loose!! Ha!! anyway!! What a view nice drive (NEXT TIME WE BE EARLY BIRDS BIGGER FLASHER HEAVIER POLES AND SHORTER LEADER! and hopefully we can be the players not the spectators!! Everyone we talked to seemed helpful and friendly we routed for everyone!! and watched there set ups and how they were doing we had a few maybe hits!! But we learned alot Out first time out Sokeye Fishing!! MAYBE NEXT TIME CATCHING!! and FISH ON!!! Defintely not a waste of time!! nice water good temps and fish on fish finder!!! THANKS FOR TIPS !! We will report next time!! Trying to get The KOKANEE KING OUT THERE !! got some tips and some gear from the KOKANEE King!! FISH ON!!!

There are two Baker Lake sockeye videos in the video section which have some helpful info as well. Good luck next time!
