I tried some fishing at Carlisle Lake. It was sunny and clear, with a little wind blowing. The fishing calendar rated it a poor day. I got there at 7:20 in the evening. I counted 10 other people fishing around the lake and 2 persons out trolling.
It was a kind of an off day. I had just a few light bites and did not caught any. I did not see anybody else catching fish, except for one bass. I was trying Powerbait Power Eggs off of the bottom and shrimp on top, with a bobber.
