I did some fishing at Carlisle Lake. It was sunny and clear, with a little wind blowing. The fishing calendar rated it a best day. I got there at 7:30 in the evening. I counted eight other people fishing around the lake and a person out trolling. I caught five and kept four. The bite was consistent until it was getting dark. I was using Powerbait Power Eggs off of the bottom or a worm on top, with a bobber.
