What a pretty little couple of lakes! Too bad everyone has to poop and leave toilet paper all around. Jeez. The litter along the shores is bad too.
Ok though, for the report. I fished both lakes and was taking small Rainbow on dry flies, griffiths knat or small BWO. The surface action slowed down so I though I'd try something wet and deep. I put on a sinking line and tied on a black Bugger and an olive Bugger. Boy! glad I did! I had a 7x tippet (1.9 lb) and I was surprised I still had a fish on after the fish slammed my fly. I played it for over an hour. Talk about fight! He jumped a couple of times and I could not believe my eyes, my puny net was to be too small! After an hour, I landed him. 24" big buck Rainbow, hook jaw and all!. He spewed milk when I unhooked him. I released him and if those trout can spawn in that lake, he will have some fighting offspring.
