I left for fishing later than I wanted since I was bringing my wife and kids, and got the boat launched around 12:30. Went in front of Issaquah Creek and trolled for the Kings. I marked a lot on the fish finder, but no takers.

Decided to go SMB fishing and made my way to the east side of the lake and started to troll back to the launch. Nothing in 10 minutes of trolling in a range of 20 to 10 ft. Decided to throw my red crank bait between a couple of docks and hooked into a piling... I thought. Turned out to be a lunker of a LMB. My guess was about 8 lb, my wife guesses 10 lb, 6 year old son says 11 lb. I know he was definitely bigger the the 6 lber I had a while back. Sad to say, I did not have a scale or tape measure on me. Released it.

I do not have my arm held out on my picture (I slimed it trying to take the picture), and I wear a large T-shirt for a reference.

All and all, caught the King I was looking for; just didn't turn out to be a Salmon.
