After not doing so well my last outing in the salt I decided to hit my go to lake for some trout or whatever. I made a couple laps around the lake trolling just about everything that usually works with no luck so I changed to bass. After using the usual Rapalas and such I started hitting them on gold and silver Mepps Aglias in size 0, they seem to like those just about everywhere. I released about a dozen ranging from 6 to 12 inches.
My largest in that lake is about 15 inches but have heard of 6lb fish being caught.
