Started trolling about 6:30-7:00 AM.Right away noticing a few people hooking up here and there.I dragged my buddy Tony along for the ride.He didnt put up a fight.I put on a brads super bait cut plug about 5 ft behind a green big als flasher packed with tuna and ran it down 17 ft.Tony stuck on a homemade spinner with a big thumping blade.I had 1 takedown on the first pass which resulted in a lost fish at boatside.A couple of hours later I caught a 8 lb king.Tony then loses a fish on the spinner, then about an hour or so he catches a 9 lb king.Alot of smaller fish were caught by everyone today.I dont think i saw one fish caught over 12 lbs or so.Bite was off like a lightswitch after Tony caught his fish. All the boats disappeared, and so did we at around 2:30PM

I was at Drano on 9/10/13 as well. Started trolling around 8:30 am. Tried wiggle warts, coyote spoon, kwik fish,,,,nothing! At noon I switched to a home made spinner with a brass blade and a 4 oz dropper. Nailed a 24 lb Chinook, A little dark but good for the smoker. Funny thing was that I did the same thing on 9/3/13. Same lure, same time, same location in the lake. ( which was about 50 to 70 yards east of the fishing platform on the point. I'm pretty new to this but it seems like there is another bite that occurs around noonish. I saw several other fish caught about that time as well.
