I figured I would do better going for large mouth instead of smallmouth so I went to tanwax . I caught about 13 biggest was about 2.5 lbs most were pounders. A couple were caught shallow on jigs, a few, along with the biggest wetter caught on a square billed crank. Most were caught on a white yamamoto hula grub on a1/8 th oz jig head swimming it. Conditions were flat and foggy. water was 53.

Also, I didn't get the memo that North tapps park closed on October 1st I drove up there just to be disappointed. Then I drove around to Allan York side. but I couldn't pay 19 bucks to fish. That was last week. one of my friends tried to launch at Allan York also, but when he went to back down the ramp the pole only went down half way and he smashed one of his tie down buckles on his trailer. the pole never went down so he left. He did notify Bonney lake.
