We got lucky with another beautiful fall day on the lake. Mostly calm all day. About 55 degrees and sunny.

Thought we'd do as well as last week, but the fish were in hiding. Fished 11-4 and I thought I was going to get skunked when I finally connected with a small rainbow. Poor K did get skunked and P. boated four. No bass seen at all.
We trolled all day with everything under the sun. Tried many new lures too to see what might interest them.

P. lost six - light bites - could never really button up. K. lost three the same way. Light bites. Weird.

Water temp was the same as last week, so unsure why the change and slow bite. But hey, a bad day fishing is better than a good day at work!
