My son and I hit Harts lake today and on Saturday looking for some crappie. Fishing was very good with approx 40 C and R today and 30 or so C and R on Saturday. Most were smaller - probably around 6". Fished mainly on the north side of the lake near the green shed. We both used a very small red and white tube jig. Consistently caught fish for three hours both days. Fish holding around 25', even in the deeper water.
