Wow it's cold outside here in our Lake Chelan Valley! But the cold temps have not affected the Laketrout bite at all. Dragging the Ace Hi-Fly next to the bottom in the Trench has been real productive. Varying my speed from 1.0 to 1.5 mph has been a key ingredient on getting the Laketrout to strike. I am catching Rainbows on the surface and also caught my first Kokanee which surprised me because it is early for those fish! Thanks so much to all that fished with me over this reporting period.
