Was going home after I bought some seafood in Ranch 99 Market. Passing Ballinger Lake, decided to stop and check it out. Fortunately I had my fishing poles in my car. It was 2:30 pm. when I started fishing. At 2:45 one pole started to dance "Fish On" and Unfortunately I did not have a net so I lost that fish by the dock. It looked like Cutt, silver and skinny. I'd say 12" or 14" inch. long. Hard to tell. Oh well. I left Ballinger at 3 pm. I used Power Bait Eggs, two of them on #8 hook, one was yellow/green and the second one was orange and short leader about 3' long. I'd like to go back one day and try it again.
