I arrived at the west side park at 10:30am I saw some fish surface near the beach in front of the life guard stand, so I fished there. The action was furious for the first 40 minutes. Ul telescopic 4# set up 2 ft leader size 6 egg hook 1/2 Oz slide weight with bead stopper. 1 orange power egg, and a tiny glob of rainbow power bait. I landed 4 trout within that first 40 minutes. 13 1/2" 14 1/2" 14 3/4" 20 3/4" all taped, i also missed a few bites in that 40 minutes the larger fish weighed 2lb 12Oz. They all put up great fights. I fished for another hour or so with 1 other missed hit off the far left dock. I left around 12:30 There were 5 other fisherman, they weren't doing aswell, I'm pretty sure none of them got any bites or fish.
