I just wanted to post a quick report from christmas eve with my boys. I didn't want to leave my boat in the lake unattended for a week over the holidays, so we parked the truck at the boat launch and had a very nice bike ride along the lake for the 4 miles or so up to grandpa's house. We trolled amongst the seagulls for about an hour and a half and left with 4 fish, we did the same stuff as the day before with the only difference being no wind today. It was actually gorgeous, sunny, chilly, but a great afternoon with my boys. My wife had to work christmas eve, so this was a special opportunity to be with my kids.
