Well the weather got pretty darn nice mid day as I trolled the I-90 bridge. I didn't mark a ton of fish or bait in the area. Moving would have probably been in my best interest, but I decided to grind it out for the day at the bridge.
Managed only one bit and one fish after towing several different presentations for several hours. The fish I did pickup was a beautiful fin clipped Resident Coho at the northeast side of the bridge; perfect chrome and nice fighter to boot. The healthy 14 incher snapped at the pictured tackle, Sling Blade and Wiggle Hoochie, 40' down on the wire, in about 80' of water, tipped with Rainbow PowerBait. I made a quick release as retention is prohibited by WDFW.
I remember G-man posting a report from last winter when he got into a Resident Coho bite I believe in the same area.
Great day to get the boat out and run the engines, but still never finding much success on the big lake. Sure beat working on the house.
