Stopped by a friends house to watch the football games on Sunday not too far from Hatch. Hit Hatch Tues thinking it would be an easy limit before the drive home. Wheh! Was I mistaken. LOL Punched a bunch of holes in my usual spots but there just wasn't any finding a concentration of fish. I ended the day about noon with one fish, one bump and one other bite. SUPER slow!

A gentleman out there fishing as well mentioned it had been a slower year than usual.

The weather was GREAT though. About 8" of ice.... It was talking quite a bit non stop... crack! pop! LOL good to be out there again!
