Good deal YN! Yeah, my first trip out there earlier this wk - fished for cutts and landed a 14" & two 18"s (caught fingerlings left & right), the little guys were attacking worms and caught the big ones on a half chartreuse/ half black crappie jig (1/32 oz) tipped w/ nibble. The lilies are just about full bloom (out earlier than most lakes in the county), this means that we'll be running into each other real soon bro!

I gotta get a tube or a kayak real soon. I need to get out on this lake! Shore fishing here is garbage. At least right now. I figured there would at least be some pre spawn bass in shallower water around all the logs and weeds, but no such luck.

How was the trail to the lake? I was surprised to see the PA there. Will be trying to get the outback out if the trail is passable. Thanks for the report

Dude getting the PA to the water was though. I was only able to haul it with the kart half way the rest of way is all pulling. It would be nice if the trail is paved or gravel. It was crazy to see the amount of trout top watering in the morning. 3 more week this lake be perfect for fishing. The swampy trail will be harden in june.
