Fished all weekend. Arrived Friday afternoon to heavy winds from east to west. Fishing was tough, to control the pontoon in the water. Got to test out some modifications I made, all successful.
Saturday, fished, morning until night. Great day! Wind from the north, light. Extra light sprinkle just to keep us cool on the water for a short time. Fished East end, all the way to the west end. Caught a lot of fish, all released unharmed. Talked to several others on the water, everyone was having great success. Fish I caught ranged from 14"-18"; fat and very healthy. Had one fish on that'll always keep me coming back; a nice bright and mature tiger trout that spit the hook back at me when I got the net out. Good times, great memories!
