Finally the carp shoot at Scooteney lit up. Water was low, the weather finally got to reasonable (if not good). The carp were in the shallows in big numbers. My shooting was mediocre, and should have probably had 20+ carp on the bank, but came away with seven between 6-12 lbs, including three females full of eggs.

Weather was still struggling - wind and the sun going behind clouds periodically made the light penetration poor, and I had to take a few breaks.

But I'm happy. Whacked some vermin...
