The Gold finch launched at 8:30 AM 1st hour was slow surface water temp was 61, BY noon we had 5 fish and by going home time we had 10 fish.
Trolled 1.7 to 2.2 mph. Ran smiley blades in green to chartruese, Worms did well as green to char. power bait was just as effective. We saw several boats anchored up catching as well. Most reported using power bait. Biggest fish was 15" average was 10". Great sunny day for May 1 and enjoyed it to the Max.
