Got to lake round 9:30 and fished until 3. Caught three right when I got there off shore past dock and missed many more nibbles. The bite died and picked up again around 2 caught 2 more off the dock. Used power chartreuse power bait and worms with marshmallow on a 3 to 31/2 foot leader . Got my license checked by fish and game officers for the first time. Then got checked again by a different officer as I was leaving.
