Hit Clear lake again today looking for kokanee. Got a late start - first down rigger down at 11:40. Had one set at 30' and one at 40'. Took about fifteen minutes to find them but once I did it ended up being a quick trip. Had one down rigger go down, as soon as I boated the fish the second down rigger and second fish in the boat. As soon as I got both down riggers set again they both went off. Couldn't believe the fish on the second down rigger stayed on until I could get the first fish in. Four fish in just a few minutes. Just lowered one down rigger for the 5th one and it pulled down with in minutes. One set up with a bahama mama flasher and the other with a red flasher. Both with a green/orange wedding ring with smile blades. Filleted 30 fish this morning before hitting the lake and brined them all day today. Drying overnight and hitting the smoker tomorrow.
