Yep, there on beds all the usual flats; bays, ect. started raining as soon as I got there 1:30 to 7:30 caught twelve from bend to sportsman area. Saw a shocker boat around felton area so didn't go into slough.

they shock fish so they can count them and make believe they can tell how many of each specie is in the lake. The fish recover after a 'few' seconds and swim away.

nice thanks for the report, what launch did you take off from? I am trying to figure out the lake. Do the pleasure boaters cause any issues at that end? Can you throw any tips my way of what there were liking that day? Shoot me an e-mail of you like? Thanks again for the report, apparently the time of day does not matter yet huh?

The crappie fishing was a little slow yesterday (29th) in Feltons and the shocking boat may explain why.

My best guess the shock boat was out to check on the Pike population. They claim the pike do not reproduce but last yr there was more caught and several yearlings caught. I caught a couple small ones last yr. None so far this yr. I had one good Crappie day there this yr.
