Fished all day on this lovely lake high in the mts. for the opener Saturday. Tough day, this lake has a 2 fish limit with a 12 inch minimum size. Since it's not stocked it can be a lng time betweeen fish, esp. legal ones.Melanie took an 11 1/2 lb. steelhead last year's opener, but no such luck this year. We fished from 5:30 a.m. 'till 7:oo p.m. with a few breaks, only fish we could keep were these two, but they are really beautiful fish. We released another 3 or 4 under 12, didn't talk to anyone else who caught any keepers. Melanie took a couple of dinks on worms with wedding rings but most were caught on a downrigger with spoons.Tight lines to all, Bob R
