As I was sitting in my easy chair watching the rain fall this morning while enjoying my coffee, my adult son said, "Well, are we going or not?" Sigh...put the coffee down, loaded up the gear in the boat and headed to Cassidy in the rain. We worked the East side of the lake with spinnerbaits, frogs, senkos, cranks, and a couple other selections. We picked up 8 or 10 small LMB and one perch, with the biggest about 13 or 14". All C&R

Success was divided pretty much equally between a green/white spinnerbait and watermelon senko with chartreuse tail tip on the outside of the lily pads.

Didn't find any sizeable fish, but nice (but damp!) morning on a great little lake!
