Got a late start at around 11 and did a few laps around the lake for kokanee, Angle hasn't been fishing well for me for kokanee and with the late start I didn't give it long before going for some perch. Found perch in 25' of water in the bend. Perch fishing has been pretty consistent the last few weeks. Worms or perch meat have been producing, perch meat has tended to catch more keepers and worms more of everything down there including some keepers. Yesterday we caught a lot of dink perch, pumpkinseed and bullheads between the occasional 9-11" perch that we kept, fished for about 2 hrs and put 15 perch and 2 rock bass worth keeping in the cooler.
Did a few a more laps for kokes after that without a bite and called it day. Weather was great, good quick fishing trip!
