Went to Lake St. Clair. Arrived around 8am. Parking lot almost full. Launched and started fishing up the Arms. Threw crank baits, a jig, Dropshot, and topwater to no avail. Finally put on a 4 inch Senko on a Spinning Rod rigged Texas Rig and immediately started catching fish. All in all caught about 30 or 31 fish with largest going just over 3 lbs. Two more were in 2 lb range and about 4 just over a pound. Rest were dinks but lots of fun. This is a hot lake this time of year.
