Rich & Jim Neal came out with Jeff for a morning of Mack fishing. They worked the Trench and the Barrens. Silver Horde Needlefish Squiddy's Fronted by a Mack's Lure Smile Blade and baited with a piece of Northern Pikeminnow that is scented with Pautzke's Krill Juice worked best. Depths of 185 to 245 feet were most productive. Trolling speeds of around 1.3 triggered the bites. As always staying 3 to 5 feet off the bottom maximizes your opportunities. It was a great time for brothers from different states to get together and catch up as well as to catch fish!
