Good fishing day. I was super worried I would not find a single spot to fish but although busy there was still many good spots. I made my way around to where I had caught fish the last time. No one was in that spot so I set up in it. The wind was coming in pretty strong and lots movement on it. I cast in my first line worm and bobber and went to setting up my second line. Then I didnt see any bobber in site started to pull in the line nice nice fish on. 13 1/2 inch beauty. Not much fight though? Not much for a while after that. Started to pick up then though and I caught two more fish. Then another break and I pulled in more all on bobber and worms. Although I did add a little bit of pink power worm to the end of the hook after I caught my second fish. It seemed to help because I got a lot more bites after that. I saw people around me catching a few here and there. I started getting fish on really close to short. Some fun fight to. Fish seemed much more energetic and vibrant compared to the first time I came. I tired bait on the bottom with no luck so I stuck to worm and bobbers. I was not getting anything for a bit so I cast out both my lines as far as could cast because I thought. why not. then my line started to go. fish on and boy had he taken that line for a ride. I got him up and off the line and I thought. I bet there is a fish on the other line and sure enough there was but he had gone all through the weeds that line was a tangled mess when I got it up. I threw in my last line and soon after caught my 10th fish. Game over and good thing to. Because I was with a friend and our little ones were ready for naps. I did not see many other limiting out and most had been there longer than I. I must have just had really good luck or something. I even saw some people leave with nothing. That is the only reason I only give 4 because I think over all is was not as active of a day as others I have seen.
