I went fishing from 2-4PM on the banks of Bitter Lake Park. No bites at all. I tried power bait from the bottom using all colors and shapes (w/ & w/o worms & garlic scent) along with worms with a bobber both with and without powerbait and other attractants. I walked along pretty much every publicly accessible area of the park and did not see a thing.
