2/21/2015 9:19:00 PMSaw you out in your pontoon this morning. Sounds like you did ok. Try a large krokodile spoon with holographic tape on it (silver with blue or green). The cutts are feeding on smelt and stickleback.

2/21/2015 9:47:00 PMAwesome fish! I have seen so many reports of people nailing those big Cutts out of Washington and it really makes me want to get one, but I only have a raft that I really wouldn't want to take out on the lake, at least not far. Can you get those Cutts from shore?

AjFishDude: I have never tried from shore. From what I am learning, these fish are feeding on stickleback and smelt which tend to run deep. Not saying it can't be done, just thinking it might be a bit difficult. I would ask some of the other guys on here who know the lake better than me. Also, if your raft has a trolling motor you should be fine. I take me pontoon out there a lot. Just go on days when the wind isn't howling.
