First one to arrive at Cady at 0715. A little fog on the lake and some slurpers on the surface. Decided to go after the surface fish. Hit two on a pheasant tail fished on a floating line. Lost a big one on the initial hit. The surface activity cooled of, so went deep. No luck. Went back to chasing the surface fish. Picked up one more on a soft hackle. There were a few other fish caught, including a 24"er. Others used leeches / WB's with some success. No one caught fish consistently. Water temp = 57 degrees, down 4 degrees from a week ago. There has been a slight change in getting to Cady. You don't have to make a left turn. Just stay on the main road and follow the signs to Dewatto.
