So got up at 5am and was debating just fishing Chelan for 3rd day in a row but also knew I needed to get my boat over to my brother-in-laws in Ephrata so decided to pack up and head up highway 2 over to Coulee City to get some walleye gear in case I had time to fish Moses lake after Park since I didn't bring any walleye tackle.

After getting more tackle than I needed I head to Sun Lakes resort and felt like I was home again! I love this area and got excited as I wound down the road to the boat launch to give it a whirl~ put the boat in and soon was trolling across to the rocky shore line but the wind was blowing pretty good so just put out 1 line with "fishing with Gary's" set up. Not much after that so decided to try a new spot to go after some browns or hold overs for some pre-derby fishing- ( sorry will not reveal that spot until after my report next Saturday!)

Got anchored up in about 35 feet of water and could not get 2 lines out as it was fast and furious to get my next 4 fiesty fighting rainbows on very light tackle! What a blast as once screamed out line like a chinook before slowing down to get it back to the boat! Was off the water by 11:30 and forgot to take pictures until I was starting to clean them~ Can't wait to get work over with this week and get back over there for about 9 days of fishing different bodies of water in Eastern WA again!

Thanks for reading all these and see you on the water!
