Across from Carney lake there is a trail head, its about 1 mile
to the lake holds bass. This is a catch and release lake only and the bass have worms in them so don't keep any for health sake!
Fish up and down the lake with a silver rattle trap. Cut some small bass about 8in, then walk around the lake and gave one cast and bamm a 4 pound bass, left that area came back cast in the same spot and bamm another one about the same size. Tried fishing for trout no luck didn't see any either but bass are plentiful and hungry, please if you go there catch and release, I am sharing this secret in hoping that everyone will do so!
