Dad my son and i Got to the lake at 6:30 and fished til 10, ended up with 10 kokes (15-23 ft on the wire)and many more lost. By 11 they were filleted and in brine then on the smoker by 4 to get a light smoking then into the jars for canning. Hopefully it will be as good as I think it will.
