Packed up from camping at riffe for the weekend and launched at scanewa at around 10. Lots of filleted Kings at the ramp. Headed to the dam, couple of boats there, one had just limited on sand shrimp. We dropped with sand shrimp and tried for a few hours but no luck. They were all over the sonar but only 2 nibbles no hook ups. Talked to the fish biologist at the ramp said no more fish trucks this spring and in september the lake is being drawn down for a smolt recovery station install. Water should be up in mid october he says for the coho fishery.
