Put in my 7 hours of work and I was off by noon. Headed to Kirland and fished moss bay. Fishing was odd today. I had to troll faster than normal to get the bites I did get. The Cutts I caught were no bigger than 10-12 inches. 4 total and all released. My last fish was a fat pike minnow which I released as well. I marked SO much bait and thought forsure I was going to get into a big boy but never happened. I think the strong current and wind pushed a lot of bait to the east along the kirkland shoreline. That being said, The wind eventually pushed me off the water. I'll try again early Saturday morning. Tight lines.

Well sometimes when ya think it's gonna be a good day to fish on Lake Washington maybe the time might be better spent preparing for another adventure a different day I have done that one about half the time last year hitting hard one day and nada even the next two times you go out,
when ya go out and don't catch anything thing then that's when ya start to wonder ? Hey I thought the pike minnow was go for bait in the Brads
cut plug salted strips or chopped herd GMan talk about that quite some time ago . I still wana try stacking two on the old downrigger at Meridian
matched gear and see if it really works.

Lake Washington can be a fickle mistress.
