Went to Clear Lake today for the first time, I started fishing around 8am There were 3 boats on the water still fishin I started trolling the middle of the lake with nothing. So I trolled down the left side of the lake from the boat launch I had a couple of bites but didn't hook up. It was really slow for two hrs or so I was thinking this is like American Lake I fish there a lot and been doing horrible so I've been thinking I must be a bad fisherman!

Until I got to the right of the boat launch and fought my first fish and landed a Kokanee 13" nice fish. Had a few more hits but couldn't hook them then hooked into a nice RB 14". by this time the skiers started to do their thing so I left I was rigging at 23 ft sling blade and pink hochie.

All and all great day got to fish with the trusty dog who I thinks like's to fish more than I do it's close anyway...
