7/21/2015 8:26:00 PMthe doldrums of summer. i am sure the bite will pick up a bit later. perhaps in a few weeks. fish are growing.fast now. seems i get all my fish about 30' down. try removing whatever you are using from the dodger. squid, wedding rings, etc. just a bare hook, with your corn, on a short leader. real short. like six inches. notice how much more action you get, that way. wicked turns. start stop fast slow. up down. even in this weather, i can guarentee you, you had fish following. just not commiting. i may get up early tomorrow, and try it. thanks for the report.
